The SS team handles operational and tactical tasks towards the LEGO Groups vendors & employees in close cooperation with the rest of the business. The departmental focus is to: + Make sure we live our partner promise by ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices, purchase orders, employees’ travel expense claims to all LEGO companies in Asia Pacific + Ensure that all costs are appropriately reflected in the Financial/Management reports. + Ensure high quality, stewardship and compliance in global SS processes **Do you have what it takes?** + Degree in Accounting/Finance + At least 2-3 years of working experiences in the same role, with the ability to take initiative and ownership of financial tasks and processes. + Proven working experience in Multinational Corporation, where focus have been on optimization and process excellence. + Analytical, detailed and high-quality oriented + Be robust, resilient and ability to embrace changes with a proactive mind and a can-do attitude. + Manage multiple tasks successfully in a hectic working day + Experience in working in highly collaborative environment + Shared Service experience + SAP/Concur knowledge preferred \#LI-CD2 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
