Account Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities: A ccount Technical Executive is responsible for developing and driving strategy and growth of Cadence solutions at targeted accounts , working with the wider Cadence team. The ATX is responsible for discovering and understanding the customer’s needs. You work closely with Sales team to develop sales strategy and translate it into sales campaigns you will drive to bring best solutions to customer and grow business. The ATX also works closely with Product Marketing and R&D to connect cadence solutions with the customer's problems/business challenges and unsure roadmap alignment for long term success. The role requires skills to work in a large team environment including: + Superior communication skills to interact with wider Cadence team (Sales, R&D management and Product Marketing), + Leadership for directing and coordinating field AE resources , + Ability to grow customer relationships throughout all levels with customers of the customer organization. Territory being targeted will be defined as a set of large/small accounts with significant Cadence business (existing or potential). The ATX will utilize deep technical knowledge, understanding of customer issues, and broad industry experience to maximize the value of Cadence solutions and workflows. The ATX will need to rely on a strong relationship building and superior communication skills to connect with business and technology customer stakeholders, identify critical challenges and gain buy-in to drive new business. Key Qualifications: + Must possess a deep understanding of package and board design processes, and roles, in addition to signal, power, and thermal integrity analysis. + Ability to deliver presentations with compelling technical and economic value propositions for engineering and business staff at all levels. + A proven track-record of qualifying, understanding, and assessing customers complex technical and business challenges. + The ability to drive successful pre-sales campaigns (setting objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions) working with Cadence technical staff (application engineering, program management, R&D) and customers (engineers, managers, IT, leadership). + The capacity to foster and grow customer relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers at all levels of the customer organization. + Knowledge of automotive or Aerospace and Defense electronics development processes. + An understanding of electromagnetic analysis, RF/high speed circuit design, and multi-technology SiPs. Education and Experience: + Master degree in EE + Min 7 years of professional experience in 2.5D IC and/or 3D IC, and/or multilayer board design Be proud and passionate about the work you do.
