Join us at razorfish.com. **Overview** We’re looking for a strategic and passionate Account Supervisor to lead organic social efforts. This role is critical in guiding the day-to-day client relationship, driving content excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver bold, data-driven social strategies and content. **Responsibilities** **Client Partnership & Strategy** + Serve as a primary point of contact for the client’s organic social initiatives + Lead day-to-day communications through meeting scheduling, feedback trackers, meeting notes, status documents, QA and other topics under account leadership + Review all deliverables for brand & strategic alignment, through all rounds of client feedback + Translate brand goals and business objectives, alongside strategy team,into smart campaign specific strategies + Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and Deliveryteams to ensure cohesive, audience-first campaigns + Proactively identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement across social touchpoints + Responsible for preparing and responding to day-to-day client communication/responses on behalf of internal team + Manage smaller day to day client escalations. Ensures exceptional delivery of tactics to form/reinforce client rapport (e.g. partner with Delivery, team follow through, reports, meetings, timelines) **Project & Team Oversight** + Manage all social workstreams with clarity, efficiency, and accountability + Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns and evergreen content + Mentor junior account team members, promoting growth and team excellence + Serve as the connective tissue across strategy, creative, production, andanalytics **Collaboration & Integration** + Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including creative, production and global teams + Help guide social activations that integrate with broader brand campaigns and product launches **Qualifications** + 4–6 years of account management experience in an agency setting (Social experience a plus) + Exceptional client service skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset + Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detail + Confident communicator who can lead presentations and cross-functional meetings + Team player with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energy **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
