**Overview**
This role is pivotal in developing and implementing marketing strategies that support patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in clinical trial marketing and management, combined with agency experience, to successfully lead client relationships and drive successful recruitment campaigns. Ultimately improving clinical trial success and patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Marketing Leadership:** Collaborate on strategic marketing plans for clinical trial participant recruitment, focusing on messaging to reach and engage target populations.
2. **Clinical Trial Collaboration:** Partner closely with clinical trial teams to understand study protocols, patient eligibility criteria, and recruitment goals, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned and effective while also maintaining realistic recruitment timelines and targets, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize enrollment.
3. **Client and Agency Management:** Act as the main point of contact for key clients, grow and maintain positive relationships ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and media, to implement integrated marketing campaigns that support recruitment goals. Provide expert guidance to clients on regulatory compliance in clinical trial marketing and recruitment.
4. **Performance Tracking and Reporting:** Apply analytics to measure the efficiency of recruitment campaigns, making data-driven refinements for continual improvement.
5. **Compliance and Best Practices:** Ensure all marketing and recruitment efforts are compliant with industry regulations and standard processes, including ethical considerations and patient privacy standards. Champion patient-centered marketing approaches that prioritize clear communication and respect for participants.
**Qualifications**
**What you’re bringing with you:**
With 2+ years of experience, you’ve built a legit foundation in Client Services. These are the skills you’ve totally nailed:
+ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree or experience in Clinical Research or Business Administration is a plus.
+ Exceptional client management relationship skills
+ Previous experience working in an agency environment, with strong client management skills and cross-team collaboration experience.
+ Proven understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in clinical research and patient recruitment.
+ Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex clinical information effectively.
**Additional Desired Skills:**
+ Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms tailored to healthcare or clinical trial audiences.
+ Oncology experience a plus
+ Proficiency in CRM systems and participants engagement software.
+ Familiarity with global clinical trial landscapes and multicultural marketing strategies.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
