Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
+ Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Certification in Google Digital Workshop.
+ Experience with Google Ads and online advertising.
+ Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business in Israel, and achieve quotas to drive growth.
+ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying attention to details.
+ Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
+ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally.

+ Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
+ Establish relationships by phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and business pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the quality return on their Google Ads investment.
+ Own a portfolio of small businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.
+ Drive customers growth by delivering quality customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
