Job Description
Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team to enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers using Amazon Inbound Transportation. As an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation within transportation and logistics by evaluating network shipper defects and implementing improvements through coaching and performance management. You will work directly with shippers to develop solutions and improve performance metrics.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis.Overcome transportation disruptions and barriers in real time.Identify root causes of transportation defects.Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.Essential SkillsProficiency in account management and Excel.Experience in customer service and vendor management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge in logistics, transportation, sales, and supply chain.Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood relationship-building and organizational skills.Effective communication and technical skills.Experience in supply chain or logistics is beneficial.Familiarity with Excel and Outlook is helpful but not mandatory.Work Environment
The position currently offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office, transitioning to five days in-office. The role involves working with various technologies and tools, including Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing email correspondence effectively.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
