As an Account Specialist, you will be a member of a team that provides Best in Class customer service in the Food Service industry. You will actively engage with both our internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met and that their experience exceeds expectations. You will be a problem resolution expert that will partner with other cross-functional departments within the company to fulfill customer orders. Most importantly, you will see your efforts have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nUtilize exception reports to ensure order accuracy and completeness and order statuses to ensure orders are ready for the warehouse by designated deadlines\nInteract daily with sales, leadership, transportation, supply chain, operations, customer care, district managers, franchisees and corporate groups through phone, email, instant messaging, and video calls\nCommunicate daily out of stock products to customers, providing options and allocating substitute products to ensure customers receive fulfilled orders\nProvide high standard order management support for business operations\nProblem solve and strategize with support teams for any order issues\nMaintain/manage call sheets and account details\nMaintain exception reports (Power BI and SSRS reports)\nProcess and manage large order quantities (LOQs) and mass order modifications (Adage and ERP)\nOther duties as assigned \n\nQualifications:
\n\nHigh school diploma or General education degree (GED)\nThree years of experience in customer support and/or operations preferred\nSalesforce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience preferred\nExperience in transportation/dispatch/supply chain industry is a plus\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite; word, excel, outlook\nStrong computer skills, including multitasking, browser use, and good chat/IM etiquette\nStrong writing skills\nExperience communicating professionally with diverse audiences\nAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment\nStrong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills\nGood teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to weekends, and holidays\n\nCorporate Summary:
