Job Description:At Regions, the Account Solutions Support Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a team of non-exempt associates within Account Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow to meet operational requirements, recommended improvements and performance monitoring standardsOversees the daily application of organizational policies and procedures that drive performance and promote the Account Solutions cultureTracks and coaches team member performanceMay collect high risk, seriously delinquent or loans requiring special attentionOversees processes related to bankruptcy, litigation, repossession/remarketing, collection agencies, account salesOversees specialty collection processes including vendor supervision, general ledger processing and balancing, vendor invoice processing, and team complianceThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of collections or other related experienceOr High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of collections or other related experienceOne (1) year of leadership or supervisory experienceSkills and Competencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentExcellent customer service skillsExcellent organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Job Responsibilities:
May Oversee processes related to bankruptcy, litigation, repossession/remarketing, collection agencies, account sales, loss mitigation.May Oversee specialty collection processes including vendor supervision, vendor invoice processing, and team compliance.Additional Skills and Competencies:
Operational process skills are a must, organizing and tracking work.This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office, three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations.
