What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for embossing of cards for business clients, monitoring discrepancies and escalating any issues with the generation of Debit Cards, Batch notices and Mortgage statements. You will handle incoming/return/undeliverable mail and ensure outgoing mail is delivered to the Post Office/Courier service on schedule.
What will you do?
Responsible for dispatching the relevant files to Utility CompaniesPerform follow-up of ‘not yet received retail/corporate accounts’ opened past current monthRetail and Corporate client filing, and perform centralized filing of new accounts and updated customers records, retrieve, and manage these records documents as instructedReceipt and distribution of Open Requests in generic e-mail box and the shredding of documents and vouchers as per established proceduresEnsure archiving is sent to storage and makes necessary deliveries outside the bankWhat do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Bank’s minimum entry requirements, English, MathematicsSound business knowledge including service and operationsVery strong client first orientationAbility to perform in a fast-paced highly dynamic and interactive processing environmentAbility to manage highly demanding situations under rigid timelinesWorking Conditions
