This Position reports to:
Service Operation manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy for local/ strategic accounts focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
