American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Account Services Administrator for our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for handling invoicing and performing tasks to improve the current accounts receivable functions within the organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Placing calls and e-mails to agents and dealers regarding outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Research and solve payment discrepancies
- Review open accounts for collection efforts
- Process electronic payments
- Build, strengthen and maintain positive business relationships by establishing rapport with customers
