What is the opportunity?
Account Services Representative positions are responsible for receiving, preparing and processing high volumes of client deposits in a production environment. These individuals will process routine data entry through on-line input of transactions, and develop a basic understanding of products and processes in the Deposit Processing Department. Activities also include balancing transactions and deposits received from clients and branches with emphasis on throughput, accuracy and production.
The shifts we are hiring for are:
Night Shift: Sunday evening to Thursday Evening (11:00pm – 7:00am)
Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday ( 12:00 pm - 8:00pm )
Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday ( 3:00pm - 11:00pm)
Day Shift: Monday to Friday (7:30am – 3:30pm)
What will you do?
Deposit Processing
Showcase basic understanding of basic products and processes.
Follow standard procedural guidelines
Processes work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to the achievement of business SLA/KPI.
Verify cash from ATM and Business deposits and enter in on-line processing system.
Identify potentially fraudulent activity at point of entry into financial system.
While most of the shift is spent sitting, this can be a physically demanding position.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Client focused Mind set
Capacity to handle repetitive tasks
Ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs (depending on position)
Excellent communication skills
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Nice to Have
Cash handling and balancing experience
Finance or banking background/education
Experience working in a productivity driven environment where performance is managed through benchmarks or quotas
