Job Description
What is the opportunity?Reporting to the Department Manager or Team Leader. Responsible for processing routine data entry and on-line input of transactions using basic understanding of products and processes. Activities may also be dependent on balancing transactions and deposits as received from clients and branches with emphasis on throughput, accuracy and production. All responsibilities carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy Principles.
What will you do?
Showcase basic understanding of basic products and processes.Follow standard procedural guidelinesProcesses work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to the achievement of business SLA/KPI.Manage all partners to develop their skills and proficiency on designated capabilities for the role/business through Development Plan activities and career planning discussions.What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Knowledge on how to operate a computer applications and must have keyboard skills.Can speak and write in English.Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skillsFlexibility to work a variety of shifts as our Centre is open Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm.Can lift up to 50 lbs.Working Conditions
