As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. Responsibilities What You Will DoDrive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.Leverage C Spire’s investment in your future—advance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive. One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans.Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
