As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. You’ll join an elite, sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and winning together. Responsibilities What You Will DoDrive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.Leverage C Spire’s investment in your future—advance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive. Qualifications What You Will Bring

In addition to that, we require:

One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans.Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment.A proven track record of hitting goals and advancing professionally.

Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
