Account Rep Intern , New Seller Success , Sales Team
Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative Intern to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support account managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales materials, and assisting in day-to-day operations that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for sales and account management. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships Support sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation Help coordinate meetings, calls, and client communications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Are enrolled in a Master's degree or above - Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Knowledge of SQL - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
