This position is responsible for:
The monthly monitoring of the Account Reconciliation program for North America Publishing monthly status executive dashboards Providing support to Account Reconciliation prepares and approvers Lead account reconciliation training programs Monitoring of shared services support personnel over internal control tasks Driving continuous improvement and process redesign initiatives Coordinating SOX compliance, including documentation, process flows and testing as required Completing special projects as assignedWhat You'll Learn:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Experience with internal control framework Strong communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance Two years public accounting experience (Big 4 or larger regional accounting firm preferred) Six Sigma Green Belt certified or higher CPA designation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
