Position Summary:
This role is responsible for thoroughly researching and resolving customer deductions, including both trade and unauthorized deductions. The position involves close collaboration with Customer Account Managers, Sales Finance Managers, and brokers (e.g., Acosta) to gather documentation, validate claims, and ensure accurate resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the dispute management process by researching and reporting on customer claimsAnalyze key drivers of open and aging liabilities, including purged deductions by accountReview deduction documentation to assess claim validity; request additional documentation as neededPartner with customer account teams and brokers to resolve aging trade deductionsCollect and compile documentation required by customers to facilitate repayment of unauthorized deductionsCollaborate with internal teams—including Credit & Collections, Sales, Customer-Facing Supply Chain, CCIR, and the Business Service Center (BSC)—to validate claims and process repaymentsIdentify and recommend process improvements to reduce purged deductions and accelerate repayment timelinesWork Schedule:
Full-time, onsite role
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Onsite: 5 days per week
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.50/hr.
