RESPONSIBLITIES:
Extensive research and apply moneyReview cases daily for required contractual documentation needed in order to bill the clients Handle customer service billing calls. Mailing out and maintaining client accounts accounts. Review all monthly statements for accuracyCollection and resolving of delinquent accounts.Run and process credit card payments.Receive and process manual checks and mail out invoices and results. We create and use spreadsheets in excel. As well as coversheets in wordHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerReading and understanding of explanation of client healthcare billing authorizations or correspondenceDocument all activity made to account Communicate via telephone and email with all clients as needed Review Cases daily Resolve problem sheets dailyQualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum one year work experiencePrevious accounts receivable, billing, office administration, data entry work experience strongly preferredPrior healthcare experience strongly preferredApplication Window Closes: 8-14-25
Pay Range: $15-16/hr (State minimum wages apply if higher)
Shift: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:30pm EST - ONSITE EVERYDAY FOR TWO MONTHS OF TRAINING - then THE shift will be Hybrid 70% at home and 30% onsite Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm. The location is based in Graham, NC.
