Overview As the Account Planner, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning efforts across key client accounts to deliver breakthrough, insight-driven communication strategies. Responsibilities Lead the development of brand, communication, and campaign strategies across major client accounts. Translate business challenges into clear strategic opportunities and creative briefs. Provide thought leadership to both clients and internal teams through consumer insights, cultural trends, and market intelligence. Collaborate closely with creative, media, digital, and data teams to ensure integrated strategic thinking. Contribute to new business development through strategy-led pitch leadership and presentations. Drive innovation in planning methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of strategic excellence within the agency. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or related roles within advertising, marketing, or consulting. Proven track record of leading successful campaigns and strategic initiatives for major brand. Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand architecture, media, and digital trends. Native in Korea and fluent in English is a strong advantage
