This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. **What you’ll do** + Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing routine and non-routine activities. + Assist small to medium clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality. + Resolve maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. Assist with dispatching, scheduling, and post-service activities. + Attend periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders. + Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What you’ll need** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
