**Job Overview** The Account Manager 1 is responsible for ensuring client loyalty by working with customers to ensure a successful business partnership with IQVIA. Through project management and collaboration this position is responsible for the day-to day activities in support of assigned clients with a focus on exemplary service and delivery of contracted business **Essential Functions** + Understands client’s needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations. + Serves as the client’s contact for their assigned brand(s), home office, and/or business unit + Develops and delivers client reports and reviews with Director/Account Management as appropriate + Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectations + Leads internal and external meetings + Works cross functionally with Operations, Finance and IT department to meet client’s needs + Works with little supervision and direction, although may be provided with incremental support based on complexity of client request **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree Req + At least 1 to 2 years of related client service/account management experience + Experience in the Pharmaceutical space required + Proficiency in Excel, word, PPT, Centris, & EFX (or the equivalent) + Excellent Communication skills + Willing to work in graveyard shift + Amenable to work in Mckinley, Taguig IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
