If you're familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior in the Bay Area Electronic Tech Market, we'd like to meet you. Ideal candidates for this role are comfortable meeting ambitious individual and team sales quotas.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager will work closely with our sales team to achieve targets while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our services over the long term.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account matters
Manage and cultivate existing accounts and relationships, and do some prospecting for potential customers
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
Requirements

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Written communication skills
Extremely organized with attention to detail and handle multiple projects/priorities
Strong computer skills ? including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & Salesforce
4+ years in the electronic tech Industry in a management position
Motivated, self-starter with advanced common-sense and decision making
Demonstrated interpersonal/ leadership/ management skills ? positive, proactive and professional

Responsibilities:
? Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts
? Manage and cultivate existing accounts with regular, substantive, warm email and phone communication
? Schedule and coordinate calibrations and lab work; ensure customer needs are met end to end
? Maintain accurate CRM records and report on monthly and quarterly initiatives
? Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvements within existing customers
? Liaise with technicians and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Customer focus in writing and on the phone
- Technical mindset with comfort learning and using industry terminology
- Self starter who can run the role independently without daily oversight
- Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or technical customer support

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, engaging tone
