**Core Responsibilities:**
The objective of the Account Manager is to further develop the joint business and partnership with key customers of the offline commercial channels in our CAT (Caucasus & Central Asia Territories) region.
+ Support Key Account Managers with operational tasks for customers in the region
+ Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports, customer data, and stock reports
+ Understand the S&OP process to drive a consumer driven agenda with the customer and act in due time on key operational deadlines
+ Manage order processing, tracking, and stock follow-ups to ensure flawless execution
+ Support in sales activity planning, promotional execution tracking, and reporting
+ Activate monthly priorities and drive executional excellence through continuous collaboration with the field sales team on the ground

CAT (Caucasus & Central Asia Territories) region is in a growing trend and its performance is crucial for the overall Business Unit results. The team sets the strategy to deliver sales targets and is responsible for excellent and consistent implementation across countries. The role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of sales operations, including data analysis, order management, and sales activity coordination. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in Russian due to regular interaction with Russian-speaking customers.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Work experience in Sales Support, Account Management or Commercial Operations is preferred (FMCG experience is a plus)
+ Fluent Russian and English language skills
+ You have shown results in establishing solid relationships with retailers, store owners and internal partners – which has led to strong business results.
+ Exhibit a strong business understanding of both the offline market and have a strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
+ Experienced user of MS Office
+ Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities
+ Thrives and contributes best in a team setting
