The jobholder will ideally be based in the Northeast, even though this is a remote role, there will be a requirement to visit sites and interact with customers & Subcontractors.
The Jobholder will play a critical role in the successful delivery of third-party subcontractor services within two major northern-based Pathology Network managed service contracts. This individual will serve as the primary liaison and key relationship holder for all third-party subcontractors, ensuring exemplary service delivery that meets customer expectations while aligning with Siemens Healthineers' business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include leading and managing the delivery of third-party subcontractor services and acting as the primary point of contact for subcontractor relationships, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships. Thus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and professional account management.
The role will coordinate with internal Siemens Healthineers Pathology teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery, mitigating operational and contractual risk while identifying and driving opportunities for business growth. Monitor and manage operational costs and timelines, ensuring that quality standards and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Please note that contractually this position will be called MPS Third Part Specialist.
Core Skills Required:
Serve as the primary contact for all third-party suppliers within the contract, building strong partnerships and maintaining effective communication channels to enable proactive and robust account management.Participate in customer governance meetings to represent third-party performance and contribute to strategic service reviews.Manage risks and issues related to third-party subcontracts.Act as the main point of contact for resolving operational and service issues. Support the Operations Manager in addressing contractual breaches and proactively identify and mitigate risks to Siemens as the primary contractor. Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
Your Expertise – Must Haves:
Experience in account management, ideally in a healthcare or MedTech environment (Please note this is not a sales role)Strong relationship management and negotiation skills together with excellent organisational and project management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams..Proven experience of successfully managing complex contracts relating to finance and operations within a diagnostics' environmentAbility to build effective internal and customer relationshipsGood commercial, financial and contractual awareness, with a proactive approach to account managementAbility to maintain a professional manner under all circumstances coupled with effective matrix management skillsA team player with excellent interpersonal skillsWho we are:
