Your tasks and responsibilities:

Achieve sales and profitability objectives within your assigned territory Define sales channel strategy and tactics Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with end customers, C-level contacts, and business partners Implement and monitor the Partner Management Operating Framework with business partners Organize sales plans and strategies; develop forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for sales channel

Your qualifications and experience:

At least 3 years of experience in a sales role Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare sector Specific experience in in-vitro diagnostics is a strong advantage Willingness to travel up to 70%

You have a good understanding of the customer environment and business partner management You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation You have a high degree of business understanding to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer) You demonstrate knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
