Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for Q-commerce and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) Ensure accurate listing of SKUs, pricing, inventory, and content updates Coordinate with platform account managers for promotions, campaigns, and merchandising Monitor and analyze sales performance, returns, and customer feedback across platforms Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to execute digital sales strategies Prepare and present reports on platform performance, ROI of campaigns, and stock movement Resolve any account-level issues and ensure SLAs and platform compliance Drive growth across marketplaces through data-driven initiatives and platform insights
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing E-commerce and/or Q-Commerce accounts, preferably in the FMCG sector Experience coordinating with Category Managers and handling dashboards for Promotions and Visibility is an added advantage. Quick Commerce experience is mandatory. Strong understanding of e-commerce backend operations, sales metrics, and promotional strategies Proficiency with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods category Preferred is BBA/BBM/MBA Graduates. Understanding of marketplace algorithms, product visibility, and pricing models
