Drive growth of Europe Flow Controls business related to Power industry through active engagement with European FCV sales & Power OEMs. Improving relationships with Power OEMs, driving differentiation & pursuing power projects.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Support the Power Growth Initiatives to achieve the assigned Industry Budget in coordination with the Countries’ Sales Force
• Drive early engagement & differentiation with customers.
• Track Power pursuit funnel through monthly calls with countries
• Engage & build relationships with Power OEMs across Europe
• Pursue & Lead Power projects in collaboration with Country Sales & Business Unit teams.
• Lead the bid process for Power RFQs and coordinate the FCV’s resources ensuring to deliver to Customers the most optimized proposal.
• Partner with Engineering in Europe and US, to develop and present innovative technical solutions for Steam Conditioning in new applications and new Power market trends
• Organize technology workshops at Power customers to promote Emerson solutions.
• Contribute to develop the Sales Force’s technical expertise in Europe by coordinating trainings/updates on Industry’s application & solutions
• Perform inquiries analysis, monitor hit rates and develop Power "key target accounts" list
• Actively contribute to identify and plan key initiatives according to the Emerson’s Power Growth Strategy and Key Targets
• Coordinate in combination with Sales Customer visits and events with the aim of acquiring/retain targeted key accounts
• Support Marketing Communication (eg "case history" to be released in trade magazines)
• Partner with the "Key Account" and "Industry Specialists" of the other FCTL BUs to develop dedicated solutions/papers for sub-Industry and/or Special applications
• Cooperate with the Product BU in sharing new requirements & standards in Power market.
• Apply and promote Corporate’s Values and Policies to ensure to keep the standards of their group, including all issues related to the Trade Compliance, Terms & Conditions, ethics and, in General, all company policies and procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Master Degree in Science/Technical Diploma or equivalent culture
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales role preferably in valve industry
• Experience in working with Power customers (End Users, EPCs & OEMs)
• Experience in working in an International and Complex Environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationship at all levels
• English proficient writing/speech
• Experience in using Microsoft tools and/or ERP/CRM systems as well as Social Networks
