About the Role
In this diverse and exciting business with local and global customers operating across On-trade, Off- trade and RTM, your role will be focused on a region within the Danish Market across On-trade and Cash Carry. You will work independently and this ensures that you will rapidly learn about the industry Diageo operates in!
Responsibilities include:
Distribution and Sales driver execution/activation
Focus on the sell-in of Diageo portfolio and brand activations at current, and new business partnersAbility to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositionsAnalysing performance of activations in venues and storesBeing a (sales) professional
Seeking new business opportunities in the on-trade in partnership with colleaguesStrong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship efficiency through structured brand/solution sell-in, persuasion and conflict resolution skillsOperational excellence in execution and efficiency
Structured, organized, efficient planning, personal ownership, and clear communication skills to internal and external partnersOperating with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstaclesAbility and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and adjusted/course corrected as requiredAbout You
