We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts within the oil and gas sector, with a focus on the Algerian market. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high client satisfaction, and driving account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strong relationship management. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between the company and key stakeholders, combining expertise in sales, client service, and project coordination to identify business opportunities and ensure long-term account success.
Responsibilities
Manage the full Key Account Management lifecycle, serving as the main point of contact for key clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services. Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring compliance and favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction; maintain detailed records using CRM tools. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on performance, expectations, and future plans. Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback internally to enhance service offerings. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client business developments to maintain a competitive edge.Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 4–5 years in account management or a related role Proven understanding of the Algerian oil and gas market, industry dynamics, and client landscape Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; a degree in Business Administration or Sales is a plus Fluency in English and French preferred; Arabic is a plus Demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and set priorities effectively Must be a team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities#LI-MD1
