Role Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with both vendors and customers. Success in this role requires a proactive, strategic mindset and a strong focus on delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets. Develop a comprehensive understanding of each account and execute tailored growth plans. Proactively seek new opportunities and prospects in key technology markets. Build collaborative relationships with internal departments to drive business efficiency. Support vendor- and commercially-led initiatives and activities. Engage with continuous learning opportunities offered by the company and its partners. Work closely with management to meet personal and business objectives. Create and execute short, medium, and long-term business plans aligned with company goals. Maintain a structured and organised approach to account management. Meet all required metrics and KPIs. Clearly articulate and promote the company’s value proposition.Key Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology or IT sector. Good understanding of enterprise technology solutions (e.g., server, storage, infrastructure). Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.What’s on Offer:
