Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews. Supervise, mentor, and support on-site security personnel. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll and performance management. Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures. Handle incident reports and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience required.** High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to speak, read, and write in English Must have reliable communication and transportation Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Sora or willing to obtain.
