Reporting to the Sales Manager the Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers, leading sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM and promoting a variety of finance and service agreements.This position is remote based covering customers in the Moravia region, you will be a part of the sales team consisting of 5 commercial talents.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
You conduct business meetings with current and prospect customers
You prepare offers and offer most suitable solutions based on customer needs
When needed you arrange an onsite equipment demonstrations at customer sites in cooperation with our service team
On regular basis you update your sales activity and funnel of opportunities in the CRM system
The essential requirements of the job include:
Previous business development and account management experience
Lead generation, funnel management, and KPI measures knowledge
Experience in acquisition is advantageous as hunting for new business opportunities and new customers is an important part of this role
Previous experience with CRM system (preferably SalesForce.com) is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, native Czech / Slovak with communicative knowledge of English
Availability to travel 3 days a week through Moravia region
