Your Role

Responsible to handle targeted segment for Lab Water sales & service performance for nationwide sales coverage to meet team and company’s set financial objectives.

 

What You Do

Meeting and exceeding the sales target.Planning, organizing and implementation of business development and expansion initiatives.Manage and achieve the set KPI for the responsible segment/s.Support and execute approved business development programs.Market information gathering, up-dating, analyzing and reporting initiative.Implement customers’ retention, expansion and relationship management programs.Develop and efficient management of key accounts and segments for business expansion initiative.Yearly strategic business development and expansion plans for responsible segment/s.To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

 

Who You Are

Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or relevant scientific or business discipline. 1-3 experience in a sales management role within the life sciences industry.Proven ability to influence and sell to all levelsExcellent presentation skills to communicate effectively to all levelsStrong knowledge about customers, competition landscape and market trendDiligent and effective getting things done with good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce
