Account Manager/Inside Sales Specialist
Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager/Inside Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone skilled in inside sales and account management, with the ability to build lasting client relationships while driving business growth. Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Respond to inbound inquiries, offering tailored solutions to close sales opportunities efficiently. • Conduct outbound calls using an auto dialer to identify new leads, nurture prospects, and expand the client base. • Achieve or surpass sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and customer satisfaction benchmarks. • Leverage expertise in sales strategies to maximize revenue and identify growth opportunities. • Utilize customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service. • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Requirements • Proven track record in inside sales, account management, or similar roles. • Prior experience in sales related to automotive or similar industries is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. • Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality interactions. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software, with familiarity in -specific systems being a plus. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
