Account Manager II-Building Automation Healthcare

Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets + Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact + Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver valueadded solutions + Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $75,000 - $95,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $85,000 - $105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. YOU MUST HAVE + Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business-to-business sales or account management role in the Building Technology Solutions (Building Management/Building Automation/Fire and Life Safety/Building Access and Security) + Background in the use of CRM/Salesforce or equivalent + Must be willing to travel up to 50% + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities + Excellent organizational and time management skills WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field + Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets + Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics + Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks + Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
