About This Opportunity As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing strategic Canadian retail accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience farming accounts and building solid relationships. Account responsibility includes developing account relationships, managing initial and ongoing account launches, maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of retail products, recommend additional account product offering, engage accounts in promotional opportunities and maintain a consistent account revenue stream. You will also be responsible for developing internal relationships with various teams and is to be viewed as a subject matter expert for their portfolio of accounts. This position also supports the overall business priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment. This position can be based in Mississauga, ON or fully remote based in Vancouver, BC with 10-15% travel within Canada. Responsibilities Responsible for managing a portfolio of merchant accounts Develop Merchant Account relationships and maximize opportunities to expand sales Manage initial and ongoing account launches Conduct internal/client facing Quarterly Business Reviews and future planning Meet InComm’s company and divisional goals for customer retention and growth Qualifications 3+ years relevant experience Experience within managing retail accounts, background in CPG or prepaid/gift card industry is a bonus Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue through activities such as product expansion, promotional opportunities or program implementations Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proven ability to organize and prioritize heavy workload while meeting deadlines Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner.
