Account Manager II

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Industrial Automation organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
+ Responsible for the yearly sales targets from Refining customer and Chemical, Gas, Power industrial customers.
+ Create and execute account plans for customers.
+ Build up strong relationship with existing key customers as account manager.
+ Find customer’s issues and understand customer’s pain to propose suitable solutions to solve them by using global resources.
+ Get customer’s satisfaction through daily activities and/or specific projects.
+ Contribute to improve a status in refining segment through your activities including above.
+ Maintain CRM regularly to keep track of Opportunities
+ Engineering degree (instrumentation, Chemical, IT, Electronics etc)
+ At least 2- years sales experience in the automation for refining industries.
+ DCS, PLC or industrial Systems selling experience.
+ Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.
+ Make account plan how to growth.
+ Strong Communication Skill internally and externally.
+ Good English in both writing and speaking. Or try to improve English.
+ Japanese language (native level)
+ Basic knowledge of Control system.
+ People from EPC are welcome.
