Account Manager II

\nAs an Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Building Automation business unit’s direct business, Honeywell Building Solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in building systems and solutions will enable you to provide value-added services and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager, and you'll work out of our Markham, Ontario location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\n\n\tDevelop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives\n\tIdentify new business opportunities and expand the customer base\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers\n\tProvide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process\n\tConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our building automation solutions.\n\n\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

\n\n\n\tMinimum of 3 years of quota carrying experience in sales or account management.\n\tPost-Secondary education in technical field\n\t5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Building Technology, Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls strategies, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm\n\tAbility to travel up to 50% of the time within Ontario, Canada and occasional travel to the US for training\n\tValid G driver’s license\n\n\nWE VALUE
\n\n\n\tExperience in solution selling and consultative sales approach\n\tProven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth and using CRM tools.\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\tStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilities\n\tTechnical certifications in building automation systems\n\tFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\n\n\n\n
