We’ll support you with  **extensive training** and **coaching**  to help you succeed. **Your task:** + **Develop technical understanding**  in smart building technologies such as IoT sensors, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), HVAC controls, lighting, and integration platforms. + **Design tailored solutions**  by working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. + **Build strong relationships**  with customers, consultants, and integrators to foster long-term partnerships. + **Analyze the market**  and competitors to identify new business opportunities and trends. + **Provide technical sales support**  during customer meetings and negotiations - supported by our internal product experts. **Your skills:** + At least a **bachelor’s degree** in a technical field, or **equivalent professional experience** . + **Experience in HVAC**  or building technologies is a strong asset. + You have  **sales experience**  or a  **technical background with the willingness to grow into a sales role** . + You have strong **communication** and **networking** skills + You are  **fluent in Dutch**  and have a good command of  **English** .  **French**  is a plus but not required. + You are  **customer-oriented** , work independently, and enjoy variety and challenge in your job. **You’ll benefit from:** At Siemens, you’ll join an environment that not only focuses on innovation but also on  **your personal and professional growth** .
