We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
To provide client account management, including day to day client servicing, answer client’s enquiries, conduct staff briefings, smooth running of the policies, obtain quotations for remarketing and prepare proposal to clientsTo take up a portfolio of existing clients and provide required support to the clients and manage client’s expectation with assistance from team memberTo provide clients with consulting analysis and assist clients for benefits design whenever requiredTo liaise and negotiate with various insurance companies for scope of benefit / policy terms and conditions, pricing build up good working relationshipTo develop new business opportunities via cross division selling and upsell existing portfolio of clients, obtain business lead from existing clientsTo achieve renewal/new business sales target as set & agreed with managementTo support on special projects like benchmarking assigned by the manager
What you need to have:
University degree or diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications. 5-7 years' experience in account management, preferably in employees’ benefits program. Knowledge of group medical and life insurance products is preferred.Strong numeric and analytical background. Commercially astute and strong business sense. A track record in client and vendor management.Self-initiative and curiosity in health and benefits sector. Self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team.Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with team members.Project management skills, in planning ahead the different milestones to achieve and execute in a timely manner with strong commitment on quality.Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.Strong language capabilities in English and Cantonese.Why join our team:
