We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to lead sales efforts for a major CPG customer in the Dairy & Plant-Based Dairy Beverages category. This role is responsible for driving growth, managing key relationships, and delivering innovative solutions in collaboration with our marketing, culinary, and R&D teams.
Key responsibilities Lead commercial strategy and execution for a global CPG customer Grow Kerry’s business by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions Own customer relationships and manage long-term contracts and agreements Develop and execute account plans and pricing strategies Collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovation to market Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide strategy Manage sales performance, budgets, and forecasts Ensure accurate demand planning and support operational efficiencyQualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) 4+ years of experience in sales, technical, or R&D roles within the food industry Experience with ingredients, flavors, or functional products in the dairy or plant-based space Strong understanding of sales systems, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and customer analytics Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills Commercial mindset with knowledge of pricing and margin management
The typical hiring range for this role is $123,859.00 to $213,784.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
