Develops and executes strategies to grow sales in China by identifying promising opportunities for new business and leading initiatives to secure it. Defines, builds and leads the internal support team to serve the customer by identifying and deploying the sales, technical and marketing resources required for effective delivery of projects. Partners with food processors to present promising project opportunities to customers. Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree or above More than 5 years relative working experience Familiar with commercial methodology and tools Previous experience in working in food industry or E-commerce is a plus Develops and implements solutions to improve products mix and internal processes by understanding customer needs and strategic thinking. Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly Possesses a basic understanding of relevant scientific knowledge (Food Science, Packaging, Sensory, Nutrition, Regulatory, Quality/Micro)
