**Overview**
**What you’ll be doing:**
_Are you a hungry, detail and service-oriented Media Specialist with a love for iconic consumer brand, and maybe a soft spot for furry friends?_
We’re looking for passionate **Account Managers** to join our bespoke agency team. This is a rare opportunity to work across beloved FMCG brands that connect globally and locally, offering a rich and varied experience within snacking, pet care, and food & nutrition as you translate regional strategies into best-in-class market-specific executions.
You’ll be driving biddable media activation across OOH, print, TV, radio, and digital – and everything in between! This is a hands-on role, partnering closely with clients and stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships through collaboration and delivery.
You will help drive cross-channel campaign implementation and delivery, providing accurate and timely execution of campaigns, from briefing through to launch and optimisation. You will bring your best-in-class client service skills to provide clear and proactive updates and post-campaign reports, that showcase results and drive actionable insights.
Success in this role requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality or attention to detail. As a manager, you will have the opportunity to build on your team management skills and support the development of Account Executives and a Coordinator.
You’ll oversee, mentor and guide their output and be a valued member of a diverse and talented agency that supports your on-going growth and career development.
**What you will do with us:**
+ Prepare implementation planning responses, ensuring the plans reflect the client business needs and media environment
+ Apply relevant tools when interrogating the brief and translating into an implementation recommendation
+ Provide an evidenced based planning response with relevant application of data and past campaign learning’s
+ Consider all digital opportunities in implementation strategy and planning solutions
+ Prepare all relevant Media owner briefs
+ Track key business, campaign and media metrics
+ Track competitive media expenditure in line with client SLA
+ Facilitate weekly tracking and optimisation of bought campaigns
+ Ensure all invoices are reviewed according to the end of the month deadlines and ensure that final spend does not exceed the planned costs
+ Manage campaign budgets with precision, ensuring spend aligns with plans and delivers maximum value
+ Demonstrate competence in all agency systems
+ Project confidence, energy and build team morale in line with positioning, beliefs and values
+ Anticipate client needs, building long term relationships
+ Always focused finding solutions for problems as they arise
+ Develop constructive working relationships with the client, media, and team members
+ Promote a culture of learning and understanding return on investment
+ Identify more productive and effective ways of working
**What you will bring:**
+ 3+ years of experience in a media agency or publishing/media sales environment.
+ Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
+ Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence, collaborate, and build rapport.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Excel and media planning tools.
+ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a love for iconic consumer brands (experience working on FMCG brands is a bonus, though not essential).
+ Bonus points if you’re a **pet lover** —you’ll be working with brands that care deeply about our four-legged friends!
