The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers. This role involves achieving sales targets and account objectives, representing Fleet Automotive products and services, and leading the customer account planning cycle. Additionally, the Account Manager will prospect new customers to drive business development.
Your role
+ You establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and new prospects.
+ You coordinate the involvement of company personnel (both in Belgium and abroad), including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
+ You meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts and business development.
+ You proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
+ You lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Your profile
+ You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent qualifications.
+ You have at least five years of experience in account management within a B2B environment, preferably in the insurance or fleet car leasing industry.
+ You are fluent in Dutch and you have a professional knowledge of French and English
+ You demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
+ You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
+ You exhibit excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
