**About the role**
As a CBRE Account Management Manager, you will oversee a small to medium-sized team responsible for delivering all client commitments.
This is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies.
**What You’ll Do:**
**Operations & Service Delivery**
•Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
•Monitor service-level performance to meet or exceed client expectations; present findings to senior management.
•Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and risk mitigation; implement strategic action plans.
**Client & Vendor Management**
•Manage vendor relationships, contract performance, and service-level agreements.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for key systems, processes, and client communications.
•Manage client expectations and project scope; maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized accounts.
•Identify new sales opportunities and drive improvements within existing accounts.
**Team Leadership & Supervision**
•Provide formal supervision, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
•Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
•Mentor and lead by example, modeling professional conduct and client-focused service aligned with CBRE RISE values.
**Project & Strategic Planning**
•Collaborate with sales professionals to define project requirements and investigate solutions.
•Assist in resource coordination and strategic operational planning for project delivery.
•Prioritize open issues and tasks, working closely with internal and client cross-functional teams.
**Problem Solving & Integration**
•Apply cross-disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and departmental objectives.
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in systems and processes.
**What You’ll Need:**
•Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
•Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
•Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
•Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
•Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
•Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
