Roles and Responsibilities

Your missions:

 Lead and execute the sales strategy for GE HealthCare’s Imaging portfolio across hospitals and private centers in Flanders.

Serve as the strategic partner for UZ Leuven, aligning GE HealthCare’s full capabilities to deliver long-term value.

Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, Operating Room, and Women’s Health.

Drive revenue growth and market share through expert knowledge of MRI, CT, X-ray, Image guide systems (Cardiology, Radiology & Vascular), Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT, and Ultrasound.

Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop technology & capital plans aligned with their annual budget process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and close complex deals.

Use Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, improve visibility, and accelerate decision-making.

Build customer intimacy and orchestrate all GE HealthCare resources to the customer’s advantage.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the wider GE HealthCare Account Team, with full responsibility for 100% of GEHC business at assigned hospitals and networks.

Drive profitable orders and sales growth for the  Imaging Franchise business.

Analyze accounts to develop business plans and strategies that create new opportunities across GEHC’s portfolio.

Empower and inspire the teams by closely collaborating with Product Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Service Operations, Project Managers, and other experts.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably in healthcare.

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Proven success in managing strategic accounts and closing complex deals.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to lead in a matrix environment and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen.

High-level problem-solving and program leadership capabilities.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
