Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:• Sale of distributed control systems, client portfolio management (visits, presentations, interface between the proposals area and the client, etc.), project pipeline management, generation of a network of contacts at all levels of the organization of the customer.• Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.• Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across Process Automation Business.• Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.• Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken.• Driving the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools.
Qualifications for the roleAt least 6 years of experience in sales of automation systems and continuous process control. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Process Automation, Industrial Software applications or related. Experience with Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Chemicals industries. Knowledge of distributed control systems, PLC and processes related to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, petrochemical, and Chemical industries. Availability to travel (70%) Advanced English communications skills as a must CRM management (Salesforce.com)
