Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Management:Lead Semiconductor accounts to deliver outstanding value.
Coordinate sources across the company to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Conduct seminars, training sessions, and pilot programs for new product launches.
Opportunity Management:Identify and lead business opportunities through cross-divisional communication.
Responsible for managing semiconductor accounts by defining and driving sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of bookings, revenues, and business goals
Speed up the commercialization of opportunities.
Offering Management:Provide additional offerings based on customer needs after product sales.
Present new products or services to semiconductor customers through joint development.
Complete sales process, provide quotation for commercial solutions or projects. Confirm all system configurations, specifications and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders. Engage team meetings and involve in pipelines regular meetings.
Price Management:Ensure there is a driven focus on the customer, sales force efficiency, price optimization, a profitable portfolio mix, targeted promotions, and an effective account management strategy.
Offer emergency procurement and differentiated support to encourage continued business, even at higher prices.
Performance Management:Set metrics such as repurchase rate and customer loyalty and achieve financial goals.
Work very closely with MSD EM commercial leaders and cross functional leaders and teams in Korea to help building initiatives passionate about presenting and growing/developing relationships with customers, driving run rate business, and generating new business
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.+5-year of experiences in semiconductor industries.Strong business, product, and industry expertise.Excellent relationship-building skills and customer-focused approach.Analytical and proactive in identifying problem solution dedicated to continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple team member.Experience in EM products will be preferred.Proactively have experienced in various projects with customersEnglish writing and speaking skillOutstanding ability to build marketing material through expert utilization of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
