Job Title: Account Manager - Electronics
Summary:弊社の重要顧客である自動車OEM/ティア、コンシューマー/エレクトロニクスOEMを中心に営業業務を担当し、新たなビジネスチャンスの発掘からクロージングまで責任をもち、既存のチャネルや顧客からのビジネス拡大に貢献いただきます。
This position is mainly responsible for maintaining the existing account of electronics segment in central Japan and the main customers are automotive OEM/tier, consumer/electronics OEM. This position is also expected to contribute for the business growth from existing channel and customer by finding and closing new opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
+ 代理店と密に連携し、既存顧客の予測や新モデルの情報をタイムリーに生産スケジュールに反映させる。
+ 顧客の新モデル検討や発売時期、競合他社の材料情報など、市場動向の情報を収集する。 それらの情報をセールスエンジニアチームに伝え、キーアカウントの成長に貢献する。
+ 主要顧客の購買 / 生産 / エンジニアリングチームと密に連携し、弊社製品が顧客の要求に合致しているかどうか、最新のフィードバックを得る。
+ 競合他社の材料から弊社の新製品 / アプリケーションへのシェアシフトの機会を模索する。
+ 顧客が直面している品質/物流関連の問題に対処することで、顧客からの信頼を獲得する。
+ 顧客や代理店への出張。
+ Closely work with distributors on forecast and new model information of the existing customers to reflect them to the internal production schedule timely.
+ Gather information of the market trend such as customer’s new model study and launch timing and the competitor’s material information. Then bring those information to Sales Engineer team to contribute to key account growth.
+ Frequent contact key customers’ Purchasing/Production/Engineering teams to get the latest feedback on our products if they meet customers’ requirements.
+ Seek opportunities of share shift from competitors’ material to our new products/applications.
+ Earn trust from customers by handling quality/logistic related issues that they are facing.
+ Extensive travel to customers and distributors is required.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Minimum Qualifications
+ 化学 / 化学工学 / 関連分野の学士号以上
+ ビジネスレベルの英語力(ライティング、スピーキング)
+ E メールの読み書きレベル
+ 1 年以上の化学製品の営業経験
+ チームワークとコミュニケーション能力が高く、ペースの速い業界で働く能力
+ 顧客や業界との信頼関係を構築する能力
+ 製品、ビジネス、市場に対する高い学習意欲
+ 失敗や質問を恐れないマインド
+ B.S. Degree. Ideally in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
+ Business level English (written and speaking.) E-mail reading/writing level is required at least.
+ At least 1 year experience of chemical product sales
+ Ability to work in fast-paced industry with strong teamwork and communication skills.
+ Ability to develop customer / industry relationships and trust.
+ High motivation for learning products / business / market
+ Have no fear of failing / asking questions

+ Previous work related to auto business & chemical is preferable.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both customer and internal multiple departments like production, customer service.
