Overview THE ROLE: We are seeking an Account Manager - Dealer Advertising to serve as the primary point of contact for local advertising support. This role involves managing all retailer advertising inquiries, reviewing retail advertising communications, ensuring compliance across all communications including digital and social media platforms, and overseeing marketing assets. You will work closely with our national client as well as dealer partners to provide strategic guidance while maintaining brand integrity and regulatory adherence. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Key Responsibilities: Support all dealer advertising queries and provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives. Review all retail and product advertising communications to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines. Monitor dealer social media platforms for compliance, brand consistency, and engagement opportunities. Assist clients with all dealer meeting deliverables, including presentations, videos, training materials, and marketing strategy reviews. Manage Ad Builder assets and Dealer Kits, ensuring dealers have access to high-quality, approved marketing materials. Includes auditing the retail asset platform and ensuring assets are up to date. Support national client in preparation for bi-annual compliance audits, ensuring advertising and marketing activities meet regulatory standards. This includes communications to dealers in preparation for audits, twice yearly. Draft dealer bulletins and marketing communications to provide updates on policies, promotions, and advertising best practices, including a monthly marketing meeting with the dealer network Oversee asset management, ensuring timely distribution and utilisation of advertising materials for large launches or ad-hoc creative Field requests from dealers; assets, sizes, formats and individual dealer requirements (i.e. retouching) at times Support and manage the brand approvals team with daily requests and ongoing brand approvals training. Reporting: Monthly reporting on dealer asset use, queries and creative across the retail network THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IS / HAS: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 2+ years in dealer advertising, retail marketing, brand management or advertising agency account management experience. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media compliance. You have a detail-oriented mindset to review advertising materials for compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in advertising and asset management tools, including Ad Builder platforms. You have exceptional presentation skills as well as excellent analytical skills. You are also highly organised, with a charismatic and varied communication style. You can demonstrate technical competence with current IT software, telecommunications systems and office equipment. Proactive and can-do attitude.
